Run by a husband and wife duo, all our candles are handcrafted. We use 100% soy wax and the highest quality fragrances that are Paraffin free, Phthalate free, UV inhibitor free, and animal testing free.
We also offer custom candles, custom/corporate gifting and wedding/party favours.

Shop with ease! Our online store allows you to conveniently pick your purchases and have them delivered straight to your doorstep. Rest assured, we partner with the best couriers to ensure your orders arrive promptly.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
There is a maximum 7 day lead time from date of purchase. Custom orders may require additional lead time. Delivery times may vary based on your address, item availability, and order placement time.
Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your scented candle, we are here to help with our return policy.
1. Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Return: The candle must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened candles cannot be returned.
3. Damaged Items: If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at theshilohco@gmail.com with a description of the issue and photographs of the damage. We will offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or send you a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at theshilohco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your candle. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds: Once we receive your returned candle, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
7. Non-Returnable Items: Candles that have been burned or opened cannot be returned. Items purchased at a discounted price or as part of a special promotion may be subject to additional return restrictions.
